Pros
Wellstar is a growing health system that has great potential to be larger. The management was always helpful and and team oriented. Great opportunities for expansion into the Atlanta area.
Cons
Wellstar has decent managment however is very short staffed in my experience. Being short staff, which is a hospital problem in many systems, can create a dangerous environement for the patients and makes burn out more prominent.
