      Pros

      I worked for Wellstar Douglasville since 1987, before it was Wellstar. I was satisfied as an employee, and had opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      When I got called in, the hours I was supposed to be paid for call were subtracted each time we were called in.Didn't make since or seem fair.
