      Benefits, friendly people. The company has good vision for the future. The employee discounts are fair. There is a good opportunity to move around to different departments.

      Cons

      The pay is not up to par with other health systems in the area. Employees have little say in how things should be handled. Poor raises and bonuses.

      Received lots of training Some great peers to work with

      Cons

      Never got to use Training. Too many meetings and distractions. The leadership and HR reinforce Toxic leadership and do nothing to help employees despite having policies in place.
