      A company dedicated to making money.

      Pros

      A strong healthcare system with good hospitals. They have a lot of great nurses and physicians. They are completely dedicated to making money.

      Cons

      They are dishonest with their employees. They promise things they don't deliver on while rewarding top tier executives with salary raises. They publish opportunities that they know they will not offer just to keep employees from leaving until projects are done.

      Pros

      It is good for the chosen few with friends. Few make that cut with the other 90% doing the work and learning how to bow to the chosen few.

      Cons

      Retaliatory, vindictive, and unfair practices continue. No support from management or HR. No arbitration for concerns or reporting mechanisms of unfair practices and patient safety issues without retaliation. Employees encouraged to rat out co workers and coerced to run out those don't "play the game".
