      Family like atmosphere with a hard-wired culture of quality and safety. The WellStar Paulding Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has received the highest possible overall rating of five stars for the last two years. Strong and engaged leadership.

      Cons

      Lean team to run a somewhat large facility. You will never get bored. Somewhat limited on career advancement opportunities.
