      Pros

      Good benefits and paid time off, free concierge services, excellent training opportunities, and as a corporate professional with WellStar they offer flexible office hours and as well as remote work.

      Cons

      Many corporate managers there for a long time, which has stifled their growth into effective leaders and decision makers. Too much duplication of work effort across the functional areas which creates a frustrating environment to navigate. No one seems to be able to organize work effort into efficient levels. Recently, they have hired a few IT managers who are overly assertive and tend to micromanage.

      Pros

      Benefits are awesome, salary is very good. Like most hospitals, there is understaffing, but incentive was offered to get extra staff when needed.

      Cons

      Most departments had problems with understaffing, but I have found this is the norm with hospitals!
