      Pros

      Great location and amenities such as uniform sales and ability to use badge to make purchases. My department was beautiful and very up to date.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Clicky, territorial, backstabbing coworkers. No concern for loyal employees. Impossible to transfer within the hospital or system.

      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive pay, flexible if you are going to school. They are always will to work with employees the best they can. There a many departments within the system to choose from. There are always opportunities to grow and learn with WellStar. Management is always checking with employees to see how they are doing and if they need anything. Really a great place to work!

      Cons

      Long hiring process even if working within the system. Transfers to other departments take a very long time to process.

      Busy hospital just outside of Atlanta for an easy commute

      Cons

      Staffing is always an issue. Short staffing is causing a lot of employee burn out and nurses are going else where.
