      Pros

      I enjoy my actual job and appreciate the flexibility allowed in healthcare in general. Wellstar does seem to be dedicated to becoming a top health system. This job works well for my life circumstances.

      Cons

      Management tends to belittle employees, can be quite demoralizing, Does not inspire loyalty or a desire to operate above minimum job requirements.

      Surrounded by good people working hard to provide good healthcare.

      Cons

      Systems do not work smoothly. People are grossly underpaid and overworked. Management only pays lip service to issues critical to workers success.
