Turnover of upper management has been a problem since Dr. Lipson's death. With each change comes a change in policies, vision and procedures. Staff expected to do more with less, not always recognized as professionals.

*Expensive health insurance. Supposedly competitive with other Atlanta hospitals but considering employees are basically covered to see physicians that are employees of Wellstar it is sort of a rip off. * Upper and middle management has not been responsive to concerns of unsafe staffing made by several units. * Work Life balance is difficult to achieve. They are constantly asking if you will changes shifts and calling staff off at the last minute. It is very commom to be placed on call at these hospitals without any call pay reimbursement. As a single mom, it makes it very difficult to obtain child care.
