      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Some positive changes made in the last year.

      Cons

      Turnover of upper management has been a problem since Dr. Lipson's death. With each change comes a change in policies, vision and procedures. Staff expected to do more with less, not always recognized as professionals.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits. Very good doctors on my floor. Good coworkers for the most part. Room for advancement if you want it.

      Cons

      Some of our equipment was very old and falling apart. While pay is decent, it is below other hospitals in the area.
