      Pros

      Lots of resources for self-training which really helps and is well organised. Team members so far have been helpful, welcoming and have made it clear I could reach out. WIKI is fantastic.

      Cons

      I don’t know when I’ll start my projects yet, but I understand the “on a need-to-know basis” and I do feel I’m ready whenever it comes.

      Pros

      I can do the job at every hour of the day, and I can decide when to pause, resume, and leave my work sessions. The salary is based on how many tasks you accomplish, and it also depends on which tiers these tasks belong to. For a part-time gig, the pay is good.

      Cons

      I do not know the tier of the tasks when I am working on them. Sometimes, tasks run out.
