Speaking only for the software office -- very supportive environment, interesting work, lots of freedom, flexibility, cooperation. Nice work environment.

Cons

While I was there there were almost no women. After I left I heard the entire department that was mostly women got laid off, and the rest quit. I'm sure they'd say it's a coincidence, but unless they hired already after recent layoffs there are NO WOMEN AT ALL in software development and that's suspicious to me. I already felt super awkward about working in a room full of well-paid white men, just down the hall from a room full of super diverse, low-paid contract workers, and now it's even worse.

Very flexible schedule, and the work is pretty easy.

Cons

They will cut you whenever they do not need you anymore. Barely give any raises. Super weird work environment. Not a place for a career.
