      Easy work, good colleagues, working from home

      Cons

      No incentives or reasons to work hard. No need to know more about the project, just behave good like a child will make you promoted. Bad higher management with no communication that has no idea of the project.

      Overall, a great place to work. You get to work on a wide range of clients from national to global which is great for someone just starting in this industry

      Cons

      This job is remote so might not be suitable for everyone. However, the company does organize socials in the UK offices which are always fun to go to.
