      New Management clueless

      Pros

      relatively well-paid there are some truly good people in the lower ranks who work their socks off

      Cons

      Workload too big Management don't listen and only want to drive sales terrible benefits - no overtime pay, no bonus, no maternity pay other than legal minimum etc 2 tier culture - management are valued a lot more than the lower ranks high staff turnover progression near impossible unless you are the one who shouts the loudest people in UK replaced with people in Romania

      Pros

      I was working for the company for just one year, but I have always had a very prepared account manager who was always ready to answer my question and guide me in my professional career.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company was not located in te city I leave in; therefore, I had to look for a different company at the end of my contract. They offered me a job but I would have had to move.

      Pros

      As a project Manager you are given the freedom and independence to handle your customer your way. You will only be judged on the results. Good mentoring, help provided when you ask for it. Open door policy from the exec and senior management. Trust based relationship. Nice colleagues. You really feel part of a team. if you give yourself a 100% and show potential and talent you will be find people to help you grow. Organization really open to change and innovation.

      Cons

      Workload and client pressure can be intimidating. You need a strong mental and a competitor mindset. Depending in which office you work you can have the sensation you are treated differently than others. Reporting structure between admin and operational can be confusing.
