Pleasant workplace, passionate people.

Pros

The people are wonderful and passionate about what they do, and the community is great. The projects are exciting and interesting to work on. Management cares about workers and does its best to make people comfortable and happy.

Cons

There's a high turnover for obvious reasons, and it sometimes feels like management is not batting as hard for individual employees as they could.

Pros

Flexible hours. Highly technical. Supportive colleagues. Diversity of projects and content type. Great social committee.

Cons

Long hours. If you work your contracted 37.5 hours, this means you "do not have enough work to do". Expect to do 50-60 hours per week just to keep afloat; overtime is UNPAID. No acknowledgement from management when staff work excessive hours in order to maintain service levels to clients. Very poor work:life balance. If you are a workaholic, this will be the place for you. Management undermine staff in front of employees - this is very very bad management and unacceptable behaviour.
