Diverse place although it goes with the industry

This company takes advantage of new immigrants. The pay is very low and the management is racist and condescending.

Flexible hours and they let you work from home.

Cons

The pay was poor, and having worked there for two years, I never got a raise. Even after they closed the Houston offices and bragged about how much money they saved. They also lied several times about considering raises. Expectations were often unreasonable, poorly defined, and unrelated to the tasks we were assigned. The metrics we were judged by were often useless, so that we were graded on things that didn't really matter. Management was distant and never answered questions.

Remote work is alright for now

Cons

You’d be better off doing almost any other job. A lot can be asked of you for zero incentive. Pay is terrible, benefits are terrible. Company does not pay for lower level employees whatsoever. Horrible communication and follow up by upper management.
