Pros

Attitude of executive leadership is confident and postive. Employees have a lot of freedom to get their work done whenver/whereever they want...as long as the work gets done. This is an idea company...a thought leader. The creativity keeps the environment stimulating and dynamic.

Cons

If the company has a clear goal then cons are just bumps in the road...part of the evelutionary process. I have freinds in other companies which are just punching tickets 9-5. Welocalize challenges it's employees to think differently.

Innovative and creative environment, prudent and experienced management, 4 Pillar focused company culture, go-forward strategy makes solid sense.

Cons

Natural and internal growing/teething pains which can/could be handled better, specifically with internal communication flow.

Being driven by a vision and a purpose is half the battle. The leadership at Welocalize certainly provides this to it's employees and clients. THe clients recognize it, buy into it and start achieving very interesting things together with their team.

Cons

not a life style business but there is a time in your career you have to make it happen for yourself!
