      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone is reliable and easy to talk to. It really makes the office environment highly enjoyable. Office gatherings are fun and management really tries to make sure everyone is happy at their job.

      Cons

      Communication is a bit of an issue, but I think that happens at every larger-sized company.

      Pros

      A lot of autonomy. Fast growth creates opportunities for career advancement. Very progressive thinking. Fair but tough approach from management. Very cool HR program was launched in 2011 that is promoting teamwork across offices. Company is striving for innovation which is fun to be a part of.

      Cons

      Work load is heavy, but it goes hand in hand with growth opportunities. Change is constant. Rapid growth sometimes leaves some people behind.
