My experience with Welocalize has been the worst I’ve had with any company in this field. One of their representatives sent me a job to complete, which I delivered at maximum speed and well within the deadline. After that, I was left completely in the dark. It has now been over 3 months since I delivered the work. Despite sending multiple follow-up messages, I have received no feedback, no response, and not a single penny in payment. The lack of professionalism and basic respect for freelancers’ time and effort is extremely disappointing. If you value clear communication and fair treatment, I would strongly recommend staying away from Welocalize.

Pros

Working hours are flexible, so you don't need to worry too much, and there are various projects available as per expertise.

Cons

They decrease the pay scale at their convenience, as they won't increase pay, but they can reduce it, which is unfair, even if we are working part-time, and communication is really bad. They won't give a response to the tickets, and you start wondering what is wrong with your account. They offer less pay compared to other companies available.
