Pros

the work isn't too hard and if you work with people that are friendly then time goes by faster

Cons

the management sucks and the companies doesn't care about you at all. at the store i worked at they would only train you on one position for about the whole first year and just hire too many people so that each person would only ever get a few hours.

Pros

Free meals and paid vacation

Cons

Everything else. no overtime and you only get 15 cent raise every 6 months no matter what cause thats what the unspoken policy is. They would rather hire someone from outside the company at a smaller wage than promote from with in. the only time a shift superuser gets promoted is if they are friends with their district manager. They took away the power to discipline the crew so now they walk all over you when the gm isn't there.

Pros

there are no pros. my training was minimal at best and the follow up was worse.

Cons

the location i worked at was horribly mismanaged and although it was brought to the attention of the district manager, the employee complaints were ignored because the DM was a personal friend of the General Manager.
