      Pros

      Great team atmosphere, friendly work environment, flexible schedules. People who care about thier customers and staff.

      Cons

      Angry customers from time to time. Lots of standing and the environment can be extremely hot during peak times.

      Pros

      I was with Wendy's for many years , I had moved up from crew to Management and worked there for 24 years . I worked upvery quickly into management and felt the company had great classes and training for employees . They had great benefits and took very good care of their people.

      Cons

      The only thing I hated about was the hours for late night and having to be back into work next day . It is very difficult to have bosy wind down sometimes when closing and I don't always understand the late night in areas where not alot of traffic once school starts . If you have a campus store and kids are up late, I understand . But before doing late night I felt Wendy's should go back to breakfast . You have people in store at both times . And felt Wendy's as a safe family oriented place would be better with breakfast then open late nights.
