      Pros

      Get paid hourly. Job isn't difficult at all. Meet some really nice coworkers who are in the same boat as you.

      Cons

      Can get very routine and boring. Often not enough hours given to employees. Crazy rush hours and angry costumers.

      Pros

      1 benefit of working at Wendy's is that they teach you all depts. Wendy's makes sure all workers are completely cross-trained to work every dept. and station in the store. Therefore, you learn so much that you can basically go and work in any fast food restaurant after that.

      Cons

      Wendy's employees are made to work every dept. in the store, and the times when an employee may have difficulties with a specific position, (nobody is great at every dept. position?) he/she is chastised, called out loudly, and often deeply embarrassed in front of every other person within earshot....employee or customer. You cannot be thin-skinned to work there, otherwise it's not too bad, I suppose.

      Pros

      *gets to know all the basic jobs to do in a quick service restaurant *best thing about working here is to learn how to interact with a customer/guest. *if someone wants to work in restaurant industry, he will find it useful to work here as it can be a really good learning experience *opportunity to meet new people by serving different guests *less talk, more work

      Cons

      *not so lucrative for guys who want to interact with guests as mostly they have to work in the back *minimum wage paid for most workers other than the managers *not too much benefits provided from the company to the employees *as it operates through franchises, things can be totally different if the owner or the manager is not so likable
