Pros

easy simple work, can be fun an easy company to work for with almost guaranteed promotions up to assistant general management. After that wait time can be years to become a general manager or district manager (some times its just a matter of waiting for a GM to quit or be fired).

Cons

Can be a fun job with a competent and professional management staff. Unfortunately more often then not because of the nature of the industry expectations are low which can be found all the way up to upper management, making your time at Wendy's unenjoyable. High school diploma is not mandatory for upper management (General manager and possibly District manager).

Pros

The pay is decent, schedule is flexible at times.

Cons

Managers don't respect employees, don't always notify employees of changes on menu, company policies, etc. Never receive praise. Managers are always late to work.

weekly pay, short shifts, meet new people, good discount, decent days off and vacaton days.

Cons

smell of food, rude customers, plenty complaints
