Nothing good out of this job

They tell you are valuable and give you less to no crew and overwork you to the bone. When I put in my two week notice after 13 years with the company and told my boss my salary starting at a new job he said “I doubt that.” They will wear you down to less than nothing and then tell you it’s your fault. I was assaulted, sexually harassed and publicly humiliated while working for this company in Arkansas area and have the messages and information to prove it. I’ve also heard many managers say very racist and derogatory things while working in this area.
