- Director and Team Leads are easy to talk to and easy to get along with. - You gain a lot of experience - Structured environment - Hour long lunches - On-site gym - $3 Lunch entrées - Team Building activities - Helpful environment

Cons

- Pay is mediocre - Inside the building(s) are like mazes - End Users are sometimes demanding (normal where ever you go)

Werfen is by far the best company I have ever worked, but that is not the reason why I am posting on here today. I am not one to advertise my love for Werfen because I truly believe people should make their own decisions. I am posting here today because too many times I see bad reviews sway people from exploring opportunity. Do not be swayed, make your own decision. Meet the people of Werfen and come for a tour. You will be glad you did!
