Pros

Good training process if you get lucky with the first trainer or run through a million different ones until you find the right one. Dispatch not strict about a driver's decision to change a given route. Dispatch may not give you good answers to questions, but at least they answer the d*** phone. Friendly people at the terminals unless you go into the mechanics garage.

Cons

Extreme misinformation between recruiter and potential employee as far as pay for Family Dollar. Student driver managers virtually have no purpose in the area of getting anything useful done.
