Family takes precedence and they are very flexible about those needs

Cons

Salaries are way below the market. Annual raises do not even match the increased cost of living year over year Women not only make less here than their male counterparts but there are very few female leaders within the company.

People are great to work with. System flows relatively smooth.

Cons

Does NOT pay market value for your position. Because they won't match offers, people leave all the time, and thus no employee retention. Takes years to move up to next position.
