      Minimal diversity Lack of inclusive culture Nepotism in hiring and promotions, a significant portion of employees are related Favoritism by management, everyone has a different set of rules they get to play by, getting more lenient the more you “fit in with the guys” Lots of “locker room talk” Disorganized structure and poor inter company communication. Outdated technology, procedures and resources They consider your benefits part of your total compensation letting them get away with lower salaries. High employee turnover for those who don’t fit
