The company seems to be doing the best they can while navigating the changes associated with the new ownership. Swire management seems to really want to make WesTech a great place to work by producing a good work environment and some really nice benefits. The people within my job role are excellent to work with.

Cons

Communication is rough. Changes are sudden and not fully thought out. If they would beta test things I think we would have more success but they seem to be in a hurry to pass the problem onto the end user. Trainings are also lack luster. Facilities in the RRP building (2nd floor men's room) are terrible.

It was a harsh and unsuccessful experience due to poor management.

Cons

There is no room for self-improvement because the management throning anyone under the bus when they face problems.
