Amazing Company to Work For

Pros

The culture is amazing, I’ve never had a job where I literally like everyone I work with. Supportive for growth and learning. Is making steps to improve work life balance.

Cons

The pay is low compared to literally anywhere else, also owned by Swire which could be considered a positive, but I am skeptical of large corporations.

Pros

Management is nice and understanding. The work environment is relaxed as long as you do your work.

Cons

Company shares how much they make off of contracts. Usually this is more than double what you make that they charge for you to be there. Current restructuring is making things hectic. Being remote its you can feel stuck on an island at times. Have to work yourself to near death for any progression.
