There’s a lot of drama and. Lot of gossip. People are underpaid and there’s no training. Your training is just working and you sink or swim. Also, people don’t have the resources they need. There are people on the third floor that don’t even have full desks because management put a freee on office supplies, even though it’s one of our best financial years. That group in particular does industrial work and they’re here all the time. I feel like I have an okay balance but they have none. It’s definitely a popularity contest too. And most of the positive reviews you find are done by the marketing group. It’s skewed.
