WesTech is a good company that is experiencing some growing pains. They have a 40 year reputation in the industry as a company that will make things right in the end. Good people, collaborative atmosphere. Family feel. Job security.

Cons

Sometimes feels like each group is a mini company going their own direction. Sometimes poor performance is ignored and people aren't held accountable.

Customer is number one and they let you know that as often as possibel. Pay is the lowest paying company around for the work that you do.

Employee owned. Great values and culture. Large enough for growth opportunities, but small enough to feel like you can make significant contributions. Good work-life balance. Diverse markets provides relative job security.

Cons

Bonus structure only tied to overall company performance without any consideration for individual performance. Needs improved training processes for new employees/new roles.
