Very face value with it's 'culture' doesn't seem to actually care when it comes to an actual situation.

This is a great place to start your career, they have a great training program and everyone is super nice and willing to help out and answer questions

Cons

Some managers can be unclear with their expectations and risk appetite, which can be difficult as a newer UW trying to learn the appetite
