Employee benefits. How awesome they treat their employers and the awesome friendships you make with your co-workers. I only left because I had to relocate.

Flexible, independence, great facilities and benefits. The people - overall - are great!

Cons

The great training program they told me about and that I heard about went out the window when so many employees left because they are working on system conversion.

Small family like environment. You are a person and not a number. Great, approachable management, great bonuses. Outstanding work life balance.

Cons

Less vacation than a national carrier. Base pay could be more in line with a national carrier, but the trade off for work life balance is worth it!
