People are nice, Food is good and cost effective, facilities are nice.

Cons

Date driven with poor quality, OK to fix in production, total cost of ownership is ignored, not flexible to change, lot of hours spent fixing, willing to implement a wrong solution rather than be open minded to correctly implement.

No accountability, low integrity, back-stabbing culture within IT and PMO - a genuine, toxic dumpster fire.

Deceivingly beautiful building, grounds, and benefits.

Cons

Gross incompetence rewarded, but severe punitive consequences for anyone who calls it out. IT and the PMO did "witch hunts" to transfer accountability and blame from real problems, and altered data to support their employment decisions. Executive leadership had no idea what was going on because facts were hidden from them.

Toxic management Very limited long term remote work opportunities Uneven workloads between team members Favoritism and misogyny Major problems with policy management system I never felt like they cared about me as a person and contributor. And if I did do a job well, the only reward was even more work that I could never seem to keep up with. I didn’t feel like I had any actual control over my responsibilities - they really are just looking for “yes” people. Any time I would bring up valid points to management I could never get anywhere. Then when things didn’t go well I was the scapegoat. I do not miss working in this environment.
