      Decent compensation. Lots of good and smart people. Culture used to be good.

      Cons

      Culture is dead. CEO can't bite his tongue. Lack of flexibility during tough times. All that matters is growth. Working Remote all of the sudden is evil. Engineers are now responsible for sales and also doing the job. From the top is all about passing the burden to the little man.
