Pros

Good co-workers if you exclude Upper Management. Many people have high work ethic, top notch skills, and continually promote and display company values which unfortunately are just words to Upper Management.

Cons

No integrity from much of Upper Management. People will knowingly provide bad/incorrect results to clients and feel no remorse about charging money for it. There is no potential for growth and advancement unless you are part of the inner circle. Promotions are rarely based on merit and instead based on personal relationships. Too many people in Finance/HR/Admin group so consultants are constantly pressured to work harder and more hours so this group can keep growing.

2 years ago I would have had nothing but glowing reviews for WMP but no longer a place I would recommend to anyone!

Cons

inconsistent leadership message. small inner circle driven to force esop and payout for original founders looking for big payday. Employee ownership is a sham. Team culture has been destroyed and is becoming just like AA with individual practices focused on individual performance. Very sad to see a great company doing great things lose it's way so quickly.

Pros

It's a dynamic environment with a lot of energy. You have the opportunity to be exposed to things that you wouldn't be exposed to in a larger environment.

Cons

It definitely sticks close to its Arthur Andersen roots. If you like the Andersen enviroment (and like to drink the punch) then you will do well here. If you are not interested in having endless company meetings, singing songs and don't enjoy other such "bonding" ritural then this is not the place for you.
