Pros
Incredibly smart and talented people. An eagerness from everyone to learn and share knowledge. Very ambitious and focused group of people. Employee friendly in most aspects, especially work-life balance. Variety of projects.
Cons
Lack of transparency - something WMP prides itself on, but is actually very bad at. Random firings with no explanation, no transparency into review/salary process. Some very pretentious, frat boy like employees who love to compare how awesome their respective neighborhoods are.
