Pros

West Shore is an outstanding and exciting place to work. The work culture is the best that I have ever experienced in a workplace. The Sales Department consists of many Design Consultants that have come from all different industries which makes in interesting and fun. The compensation is one of the top in the industry and has unlimited potential.

Cons

This isn't a job where you can make spontaneous plans, though you can earn really nice money to take your spouse on a thrilling trip.

Pros

Great company! Flexible schedule and great people to work with. The core vaules of the company couldn't be better. With my position I don't need to be in the office everyday, but I want to be there around the team and culture. They expect a high level of integrity and hard work. I appreciate that and helps create a high preforming environment.

Cons

With my position the flexibility is great but sometimes hard to plan spontaneous events. You just need to be good at planning your calendar.
