Positive team environment for recruiters Recruiting managers do monthly reviews and look for ways to improve or continue on your path Regional GMs work well with recruiters to keep the process moving after interview

Cons

Recruiting for areas where you don't understand the culture makes it difficult to decide how to move forward with phone screens. Regional GMs give vague description desires for candidates, and all installer positions start around $20/hr. Pay for all positions seems to start low, while constantly talking about the rocketship that is WSH and being a billion dollar company

Lengthy pay cycle for commissions. Do not expect commission in first 90 days. Do expect 300 mile days from day one at your expense. Unclear comp structure Sales responsible for everything Commission holds Commission modifications 0% commission sales on some jobs Technology causes mistakes that cost you This is a tech company that happens to sell remodels. Not the other way around. AI everything and cutting cost everywhere. Beware. Private equity funding shows through every crack.
