Incredible work life balance and flexible schedule. Everyone is passionate about education and fully committed to the work. Work environment is friendly, collaborative and relaxed. Best employee benefits you will find anywhere in Silicon Valley!

Cons

Silos between WestEd programs and offices. Grant writing can take over project work. Limited opportunities for growth without a PhD.
