I like the fact that they will eliminate barriers to your success. They also are more than willing to invest in their people. They have invested more in me than any other organization I have been a part of over the last few years!

The full focus of planning process revolves around the client experience. I value that every advisor that is part of the team is willing to share their own insights. I also value the structure, it allows me to track my business which will help show me the areas of my practice that I can grow
