There are great people working at the company. The company has decent benefits and location is a plus. Business casual attire and jeans can be worn everyday

Cons

Management is not willing to help. There is a very high turnover rate (35% over the past few years alone). No work life balance

Very diverse business portfolio through mergers and acquisitions

Cons

Too much micro managing, too many layers in leadership Make too many bad decisions, cannot finish one merger before they get involved with another Employees are only numbers, not seen as assets but liabilities Promote all sorts of values but do nothing to support them
