Things are not static for long at WestRock, there have been HQ moves, acquisitions, closures, restructuring, etc etc in a short time.
CEO has done a good job of growing the company quickly and skillfully to compete with some of the bigger names in the industry, hoping to top them one day.
Management has always been pretty good.
Home Office has allowed jeans, and work from home days, matching trends of what has happened in other industries, although lagging behind the trend.

With the attempt to catch the bigger fish in the company they have tightened pay raises and hiring.
