Pros

It looked like a promising opportunity.

Cons

Changed the date twice and expected a third time... if I was unemployed that’s one thing but seriously? If that’s the level of professionalism I can expect count me out.

Pros

Things are not static for long at WestRock, there have been HQ moves, acquisitions, closures, restructuring, etc etc in a short time. CEO has done a good job of growing the company quickly and skillfully to compete with some of the bigger names in the industry, hoping to top them one day. Management has always been pretty good. Home Office has allowed jeans, and work from home days, matching trends of what has happened in other industries, although lagging behind the trend.

Cons

With the attempt to catch the bigger fish in the company they have tightened pay raises and hiring. Not a lot of extra incentives to work for the company or stay. Employees who reach 30 years pretty much get the same piece of paper as an employee who reaches 5
