      Work-Life balance is horrible! The respect you receive from upper management is by far my worst experience ever! Lack of fixing equipment is worst I've seen by far.

      The pay was good. Immediate coworkers and boss were great people.

      Cons

      Upper management cares little for employees as they changed their policies to greatly reduce the possible number of vacation days that can be attained even for people once they are there for decades. There were very limited opportunities to work your way up in the company. Layoffs and downsizing seems to be common for them.
