Pros

Great work environment. No micromanagement

Cons

Training was very lack luster. Company values diversity at entry level, but does not promote diversity in management level. I was the only manager in my position and that was because I came recommended. Well, the good ole boy system eliminated that opportunity when I voiced my concerns. I was involuntarily downsized.
