Great salary and benefits and a beautiful office location overlooking the river.

Cons

Bad leadership. Buddy system; if you aren't in, you're out.

Exciting and rewarding place to work if you can resist politics

Pros

Great company with way to many cool places and projects to work on. The entire paper making process is exciting and amazing. Every type of equipment you can imagine and every type of job you could ever imagine exists at this company. Challenging, exciting, fun, endless opportunities.

Cons

Too many levels of management. Some departments like HR may be a little bit over-sized. Policy should be reviewed more frequently so that good sense business takes precedence.

Pros

Not having to work there any longer. Benefits are ok, but they do not make up for the poor management. Glad I am gone.

Cons

Terrible place to work. Management does not care about employees at all. Total lack of any direction. Everybody is running scared and all they worry about is CYA.
