Pros

Good benefits and re-location package. Excellent 401K. Nice offices.

Cons

Too many layers of management and lack of cohesive strategy. Strong 9-5 mindset among employees. I was hired to train employees in use of SAP. Unfortunately the company hadn't figured out exactly how they were going to use SAP, so there was very little actual work to do. Five or six people were hired at the same time as I, all in the same role, and most had left my the time I resigned. Shortly after I left, the company decided to outsource the whole IT department, so I would have been out of a job anyway.
