Stable company

Pros

Above average wages. Adequate health care benefits. $401K with employer matching and pension plan. Opportunity to move up fairly quickly. Stable company.

Cons

Permanent rotating shift work, the Southern Swing Rotation at this plant. The work is inherently dangerous, can require a lot of mandatory overtime and can be very hot (100+) in the summertime.
