Reasonably well paid, some job security.

Cons

Jan Willem De Munk has runited the company, squeezing cost at the expense of the employees moral and motivation. He has no focus or strategy and is slowly reducing the company to nothing. No progression for staff and DeMunk is considered a micro manager and control freak.

Colleagues were great to work with and always willing to help. Great client groups to support. Fast paced, but fun environment.

Cons

Manager was more focused on her career than developing her team’s capabilities. Salary freezes did not help employee morale and loyalty. Compensation was not in-line with role responsibilities.
